I think Dodds will actually be the one truly out. If they fall short of 10 wins, I think Mack slides up to AD after this season.

I predict after we spank Bama, and Ol Miss rapes tu at home, he will be gone after the weekend.

Close, but based on what we've seen, you have to think they will lose to Okie St. and Baylor.

Mack won't survive 6-6 or even 7-5, especially with another loss to Baylor and a blowout to OU (although that game may be close just because OU looks inept as well).

From what I understand, this is actually a possibility. Don't want it to happen, but it's very possible.

Tceh has been ugly thus far. I know its late in the year and they could tighten up, but I dont think KK can make that splash against tu's secondary.

He won't need to. A midget with one leg could get 100 yards on tu's defense.

Tech had 48 yards rushing against SMU (1.8 ypc).

They had 27 rushes in the game. They had 20 attempts in the first half then only 7 in the second half (they had a few drives were it was pass only) (and no they werent behind, they were ahead by a single TD).

31% of their plays were rush, 69% were passing. Thats a balanced approach.

Mack has to win the Big 12 to for sure save his job.

If he doesn't win the Big 12 and two of the following happen, he's gone for sure.

• Get blown out by OU
  
• A&M wins SEC championship
  
• Lose to Tech
  
• Lose to Baylor

I believe with a 7+ win season, Mack will keep his job. We need look no further than the A&M men's basketball program to see how a struggling coach can keep his job for years beyond what is best for the program.

6 wins if OU is one of them. 8 wins otherwise.

I actually see a large scale staff overhaul this year and then they fire Mack next year.

They will move Mack to top management. They won't left him go, IMO.

Mack gave up Manny too easy, too soon. Could have turned the heat up on him in the press conf without firing him yet, so he'd still have someone to throw overboard this week after Ole Miss drills him and the mob turns the heat up another level. Gonna run through the bullpen pretty fast at this rate.
