You're right, they're not. We're not scared of doing fusion tacos, though. There won't be any culinary boundaries on the "Killer Taco of the Week"

For example, we have a Filet Mignon Taco coming up with Maytag Blue Cheese Mayo, caramelized onions, and sauteed mushrooms. Not very Baja or Tex Mex for sure!

Incedentally, the staff thought it was awesome when we tasted it this morning.

Sounds amazing! Can't wait to get back to CS for some La Bodega.

When is this available.

When are you guys opening up in Austin and where will you be located?

I miss College Station so much...

We are keeping our eyes open for the right location. We are looking in Houston and Dallas too.

As for the Filet Mignon Taco, I suspect it will be the week of Sep 17th-Sep 24th.

worked for these guys for years and never got tired of bodega's menu. as for the guac-queso....it's off the chai-so. good luck with the roll out, c & d.

What's with MXN? Is the food not really Mexican so you have to call it MXN? Kinda like meat substitute called "Chixen" or "Ground Bif"?

Okay.

Had a hard time finding it, but I've got gator coming in thursday. Damn stuff was $12/lb.!

So, we will start the following taco on friday for the weekend.
