I kind of feel bad for the other schools in the former Big 12. The Aggies will be in better shape than tu going forward, however there is no way the other schools can compete with such an obvious disadvantage. I would imagine they will eventually get fed up with this and leave as well, if they have a better place to go. Hats off to the leadership at A&M for seeing the writing on the wall and getting out while they could.

I don't blame tu for looking out for themselves, but they sure as heck don't care about the others they compete with and have absolutely zero interest in doing what is best for the conference.

Thank god we left the big 12-2-2+2.

I fully expect A&M to become the BEST team and program in Texas. The SEC will help them get there and they will make the best conference even better. Again, Texas will be stuck playing the Baylors of the world in front of dead and lifeless crowds every single week. Their ONLY big game is not even at home! No thanks!!!

Do you guys have any desire to have your actual team win, or are you happy as long as an SEC team wins?

And p.s. Texas did emulate MSU the past couple years pretty successfully, but now they hope to emulate Bama and LSU aka the great teams in the SEC.

Oh, and Texas isn't the only Big 12 school with their own network. They're just the ones that were paid the most, which caused al the hate.

My wife is an Aggie, if A&M wins I win too. They aren't going to change our situation much, it would have been a game against them instead of playing another UF/UGA/Tenn from the East, how does that hurt us?

The 30 million dollar check from the SEC each year is going to help tremendously. MSU doesn't have unlimited funds like tu, but we do ok. The facilities across the board are top notch and the gameday atmosphere is as good as anywhere in the country. If we never win another game I'm fine with it, I just like watching good football and enjoy family and friends when I go to a game there. Call it loser mentality or whatever I really don't care. Playing in the SEC is as good as it gets and why would anyone want to change that?

You guys wouldn't even beat us regularly if you played in the SEC. I believe MSU has winning records against tu and A&M. I don't know where all this "dominating" mentality comes from. Try having a winning record against someone before talking about dominating them.

It goes both ways. There is a LOT of ignorance out there. Many of the MSU fans I talk to are excited about an easy win on the schedule. That is not saying it should be that way though. I didn't even watch the video.

Everyone that is a subscriber to uverse and has a package above the basic, you will be contributing to UT athletics. It is a rip that we don't have the option. I urge everyone to cancel or request a discount.
