My dog "Pig" has passed away in a house fire last night that may have been intentionally set. Thank god my daughter got out safe because of his barking. It has been a sad day for the whole family. Pig was a special member of the family and will be sorely missed. Football related because for the last eight years he enjoyed the good times and suffered through the bad. He was always decked out with his Aggie Bandana on Game day.

I don't have a daughter, but I have a dog and she is truly part of the family. So sorry to hear this. I'm glad that your daughter is ok, and I hope the ones who did this receive their proper justice

Very sorry. My wife lost her dog, when her house burned down a few years ago (before married). It was really hard on her. Very sad.

Oh my God, claydee2. I am so sorry for your loss. THANK GOD your loving, devoted dog saved your daughter. His last act of love to his loving family. The material things will be replaced. Of course Pig will never be replaced. That's simply impossible.

Poor Pig.

Just this morning I got half way to work and couldn't remember if I'd shut off my flat iron. I always worry about the house burning with my pup inside, so I turned around and went home to check.

To think someone did this intentionally makes me ill. Hope they catch the ******* and wish they could burn him/her/it.
