I don't even remember the name. I believe we used to run our concessions in-house and it was decent. Not great, but serviceable.

A few years ago Byrne and crew outsourced to save money and signed a deal with some national company that does concession stand food for stadiums around the country. The food went from "B" grade to "F" overnight. The nachos aren't even nachos.

It's Aramark I believe, they did my school districts cafeterias growing up. They have always been that bad.
