1-The first time I saw a pic of Sumlin, I thought he looked familiar, I heard him speak and he reminded me a little of Mike Tomlin.
2-Both are highly motivational.

(2) 'All I told them was..."Ignore the circus, and ride the ride.’ They get that ... If you want to ride the roller coaster, let’s just get on the roller coaster, don’t worry about all the other stuff that’s outside of it."
Tomlin: (1) 'I think the people that know and compete in this league understand that there is a fine line between drinking wine and squashing grapes. Obviously, last weekend we were grape-squashers."
