I'm trying to find the dress that a lot of the girls in Aggieland wear on gameday with their boots.

Having been to a few tu games over the past few years, I couldn't believe how common this trend is in Austin. Most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. But I wasn't raised in Texas so I just chalked it up to being a "Texas thing".

Good Lord I hate those dresses. I'm sorry, but they're not flattering on anyone. Big girls look horrible in them and skinny girls have no shape in them....not to mention how ridiculous cowboy boots look with them.

But then again my vision of girls at Kyle from my early days(late 80's to early-mid 90's) is girls who eat too much chicken fried steak in wranglers or rocky mountains and a t-shirt! So any new trend looks better than that.

Hot - Shorts and maroon out (or other A&M) shirt.
Cold - Jeans and maroon out (or other A&M) shirt plus jacket.
Done. Don't get my wrong, an attrative woman in a dress is always nice, but the one thing I enjoyed about A&M is people always dressed comfortable and like they cared about the game. It's not cocktail hour at the local frat/sorority bar.

For girls who wear dresses.
I have to believe that recruits that come to games notice the amount of (or lack of) "hot" girls in the stands. I know A&M is conservative and all you "old" Ags like girls in shorts and t-shirts but I say it can't hurt to have girls wandering around looking a little sexier at games.
Some of those are barely dresses, more like a body sleeve. Shapeless.

For the record, I'm a 29 year old female that thinks those things are ridiculous. And I strongly doubt recruits are checking out t-shirt dresses and making decisions about their future football team based on co-ed attire.

I'm a big fan of them...and to the poster who talked about comfort in what they wear, how could a dress made out of a t-shirt not be comfortable?

When I attended Texas A&M, all of the dates usually wore a dress with hose. People got dressed up to go to football games back then.
