Just heard Jaxson was hired to be the new Defensive Backs coach at Clear Falls High School in Clear Creek ISD down in League City Texas. Appel was one of our best DBs, he had a natural knack to find the ball and hit with force. Could mean good things, but who knows?

I know opinions vary and I'm not here to say he was the best, but he was good you cannot argue that fact. I merely wanted to congratulate a former Ag on landing a job that he will more than likely be very good at and let fellow Ags know about it so you can take your troll comment and shove it, try to not be such a dbag next time.

anyone that got lots of snaps was by definition "one of the best" mainly because you figure the worst are riding the pine, and the best are getting PT.

It's good to see him get to follow his heart and do what he loves. What has he been doing the past few years though? I hope not playing for some semi-pro team looking to make it to "the league." I always thought of him as a better person than that, but, who knows?

great to see he has a job, he was a fan favorite,

but when your FS leads the team in tackles it says more about the rest of your defense than the FS, and Appel was pretty weak in coverage.
