How long do you want to ignore this user?
Definition from Wiki:

An Internet troll, or simply troll in Internet slang, is someone who posts controversial, inflammatory or irrelevant or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum or chat room, with the intention of provoking other users into an emotional response[1] or to generally disrupt normal on-topic discussion

In the humble opinion of a Sip guest here, a troll is someone who pretends to be someone that he's not in the attempt to stir the pot. Horn/Raider/Bear/etc. here on your board pretending to be one of you to cause trouble. Someone who just talks trash to cause trouble is just a flamer. Both seem to be scum... the troll hides because he's not quick enough to go head to head with you and the flamer is brave here but he would never walk into the Chicken on a Saturday night and say the same stuff. My opinion for what its worth.

I am another sip guest here and one thing I find somewhat fascinating about TexAgs is that trolls are often hard to distinguish from redass Ags. Look at miller58. He was around for almost a year before he was finally given the boot. It must make it very hard for the moderators to keep the board on an even keel not knowing the true intentions of a poster.

Normally, yes that could be a problem. However, in a bad year like this one even the most redass of Ags have to look and see we're not good. So these people coming on here and claiming a victory over ou or tu is just ridiculous because there is absolutely no evidence at all to show that we are capable of playing even close to that level.

True, many do, but there are still quite a few Ags that see every positive event as the definitive indication that the "sleeping giant" has awakened and will soon wreak havoc. They comes on TexAgs to post their latest thoughts about why and it is hard to distinguish them from the underhanded prodding of a troll.

Hornfans after a loss is a disaster area. I'm sure the moderators there hate their jobs then more than ever.

As an Aggie Grad who consistently gets called a troll on this board, I think as long as you tell things like they are, and aren't incredibly optimistic about all things aggie, you are a troll. That has been my experience with several homos on here.

Well according to everyone here, predicting a 5-7 record back in August constitutes as a troll.
