VII was born in 2000 and became our mascot in 2001, but I don't know if that's how it is always done.

I think we need a boxer. Collies are super lame.

Saving a dog from the shelter, and death, is not right. You must do "what is right." Get it right all you people that don't like inbred, feminine dogs!!!

There's plenty of mutts that look just like the original Reveille in shelters in BCS. Should we save one and spend next to nothing in the process? Nahhhh, lets pay thousands to a breeder for some purebred psychopath inbred dog that bites the students! Great idea![/bigmoneyags]

I don't think there had ever been another animal on campus that bit more people than #7. That dog was out of control.

I don't like the collie either but it's not going to happen. Too many big money Ags involved, and secondly I would venture to say that are more people that like the collie than those who don't.

How about get a true Aggie dog, adopt one bred in the Vet School for studies. They have plenty that need homes.

I would like a bad ass mutt also, my preference would be a Butt Mastiff, but the Collie has become synonymous with our team, so let's just hope the next one will represent properly.

He said Rev VII should have been certified retarded.

Rev IV was a great dog - I still miss her.
