I believe you got a raw deal at 'Bama, as you could not have been honestly informed going in as to what you were dealing with.

I believe you have been (with one major exception) forthright and hard working for the Texas A&M football program. I believe you care about this university.

I also believe you had a lapse in judgement added to an overall job performance that did not meet expectations. Perhaps under different circumstances you can find success as a football coach again. I hope you do, but not at the expense of the Texas A&M Aggie football team.

Go get 'em tomorrow against the sips and have a safe trip...to your next home.

Geez, fellas! It's not like he sabotaged the program on purpose! I know that he wanted nothing more than to build a spectacular program here. Why else would he put clauses in his previous contracts to allow him to leave for A&M with no penalties? We shouldn't hate the man because he couldn't get it done. We should simply ask him to leave, graciously.

My new tagline: If Spurrier gets hired at A&M, I post a video of myself eating an A&M visor with a knife and fork.

Coach Fran, If you are on TexAgs right now and reading this I hope you don't get a dime out of your contract and are run out of town as soon as the t.u. game is over.
