That list is of the American Volunteer Group. It looks like Stephen Bonner served 1943 to 1944 which was after the AVG was absorbed by the US Army Air Force.

Yeah, it's a little confusing, as some of the AVG stayed on, some went home after it was absorbed into the USAAF. They kept the Flying Tigers name
