Okay I had to look for a better picture, why the heck is the fuse almost unscrewed in this much clearer picture? It looks like it might be a Parrott shell but the fuse wasn't screwed in right, explaining why it did not explode.

I don't recall ACW shells using fuse extenders.
This is a 100 lb Parrot shell.
