Went to see the movie, "The Invisibles" last night. The movie is about Jews in Berlin that remained hidden through the war. Although I knew that some Germans tried to help Jews hide, I was completely unaware of the story - 7,000 were in Berlin and approximately 1500 survived.

The movie uses interviews of actual survivors and re-enactments to tell the story. Equally if not more compelling was how these people were helped by non-Jewish Germans who risked their lives for people that they did not even know.
