I tried to find some info on it but nothing popped up.

I'd love to post a picture, but I am not sure how.

It is maroon in color, has the words "A Fightin' Aggie" in white, riveted holes on either end so they could use a shoelace like piece of rope to tie it around the arm. The lady I picked it up from said it was from the Sixties.

Arm bands were pretty popular in Europe in the 40s IIRC

Dammit. I was gonna say that it looked 30s but I think your reply covers that period, too.

I was told by the Sanders Corps of Cadets Center that this is In fact, an arm band.

The arm band was worn by cadets and citizens alike while hitchhiking.

Doesn't sound like the time people would be using it to hitchhike.

Possibly, I have to find it first. I've got a mountain of A&M collectibles I've been assembling over the years so It may take a bit to locate it.
