Very few people know what it is, but there are few flavors that taste better than a ripe loquat. We also tested lime, but it was a bit nondescript.

I love loquat! Could you call it something else on your label so people weren't scared to try it (orange berry, or something like that)?

Two whole pages and not one Brawndo the thirst mutilator reference.
I typically rely on whatever is in my pre workout and that our diets are already very salt heavy unless you eat very cleanly.

We buy this Sqwincher Zero Qwik Stik from Amazon which is 50 singles for $20. Been buying it for years and they have tons of flavors.

The more I get into electrolyte drinks and gels, the more I'm skeptical of Sqwincher as a company. They seem to be to the blue collar industry what Gatorade is to athletics - subpar product with good marketing. I think they both serve a good purpose - getting underhydrated persons to drink more fluids - but if you're really sweating the way I see our shop guys sweat out in an unconditioned manufacturing plant, they need more than glorified flavored water.
I personally like keep on hand Body Armor Lyte and Liquid IV for daily use and Replenish (RAW) and LMNT for runs/rides.

I work out 6 days a week which always includes 20-50 mins of some sustained cardio since it is fitness competition training and I almost never get cramping. Some of that is probably all the stuff on my diet and I've been doing it for 15 years so I'm conditioned for it. I'm used to a certain level of hydration and demand on my system. But on extreme circumstances everyone can cramp up.
I have to take electrolyte drinks when I do a Hyrox race or I tend to get calf cramps in the last couple of the 1K runs. I haven't found any magic beverage or mix that prevents that.
