16 mile long run

I took advantage of low 60s and finished with 5 miles at marathon pace - 7:30 min/mile. 2 weeks to go until Chicago.

6.5 mile run first run back from an accident back on 8/10. It felt so good. I've been through a lot since Easter Sunday. Stroke, bike accident with broken hand and fracture occipital condyle, PFO closure in my heart to fix the stroke risk. Feels like I am finally back to where I was before my stroke.

Carrollton Mile and 5k.
Ran the mile as a high effort warm-up, and the 5k pretty hard.

1.2 mile swim. 56 mile bike. 13..1 mile riun. Had pure blood coming out my dengus at 8 miles so I walked a bunch. All better now. Used Ragoo's tips for fueling.

Definitely not. I'm hydrating like crazy and urine is clearing up. So many things wrong with looking down at a Porta Potty urinal and watching it fill with blood

Not sure I want to know, but are we talking about, like, chafing, or acute renal failure?

Not sure but I bet urethritis. Stopped at medical tent and got BP checked and it was OK. Regardless it's resolving.

Exercise induced hematuria is a thing in runners. Thought to be due to repetitive mechanical impact to bladder wall.
