Okay, I am gonna start joining these threads to keep myself accountable. I'm back in the gym after a many many moon (years) hiatus.

This last week:
Monday:
Water aerobics class with the olds
20 minutes of laps
5 minutes of stair machine 5 minutes of row machine

Tuesday:
Mat Pilates class
10 minutes stair machine 10 minutes of row machine

Wednesday:
Spin Class only
