0:20 brick run

3:30 into the ride my legs were tight as hell. Had to stop and stretch. Then I realized my saddle stem had slowly fallen 6cm. Made the adjustment and got through the ride. Damage was done on my legs by then though.

Hamstring has healed up, perfect running weather, ran in workout shoes, and ate a pizza buffet an hour before all came together to set me up for a good run. I ended up running a PR and garmin registered the run as a "low aerobic" activity.
