In home air filter?

How long do you want to ignore this user?
Anyone have a small in home air filter they could recommend? My place gets pretty dusty, and it's annoying having to dusty as frequently as I do. And with the current weather I'm not even using the AC/Heater, so I know it's not from dirty ducting. It gets dustier when I keep the windows open, but even if I don't, still surprisingly dusty.

Not looking to spend a fortune. Don't have allergies, so don't need anything super fancy for that. And would prefer something that doesn't require high long term costs, like frequent filter changes.
Thanks
