St Paul Turkey Trot - 10k

Top 20 overall and 3rd in the AG. Solid showing but about a minute slower than what I thought I could run. Should have passed on that last beer last night!

Was the most crowded TT I have ever done. I really need to start pushing my way to the front before the start. Missed my goal time by just over a minute. First mile was a minute slower than I wanted because of the weaving. Good time though!

Ran 4 miles on the trail in pagosa springs. Didn't realize there was a turkey trot steps from the place we are staying, but the trail run was probably more enjoyable anyway.

San Antonio Food Bank 5K Turkey Trot. 23:34 total time. 7:35 min/mile pace. Beat my personal best by more than 1 minute. 30th place for 40-44 year old male. 367 overall. 8000+ registered.

Was really hoping to land in the top 10 with a new PR but I literally did my best so I am happy with the results.

Oceanside 5k with my teen daughter. She ran it with no training. No walking. Then we got to hang out with my son stationed at Pendelton. Great day.
