The 8-year-old wants to race our 6k on 12/22 and I have to build up a little speed. Today was the start of my 4 week "Crush the kid" plan.

Work up to a 1 rep heavy or max front squat. I hit 195 before my wrist started to hurt from the loading. It's still recovering from a bad sprain this spring.

Workout;

5 rounds X 3 min

75 rope double unders
10 dual dumbbell bench press 2x50

Rest the remainder each round when finished
