Any advise or experience? I am in SA area.

It's early in process I know, but 'just' based on labs and comments, appears strong possibility I have Lupus and 3a Kidney disease.
Haven't checked Nephrologists, but
Rheumatologist appointments are 6-8 weeks out.

*** In meantime, any other tests via my PCP without going overboard:
- Like FT, TSH, Phosphate, Protein in urine, Fasting renal and spot urine panels, Protienuria? ESR?

- Likely Lupus - ANA is positive, combined with ANTI-DNA (DS) is 21 (normal 0-9)
- 3a stage Kidney disease- CBC (creatinine is 151, normal is >59, (normal is 0-9: eGFR at 51, normal is >59)
- A1c at 5.9%, low end of pre-diabetes range, has been there off/on for a few or years.

TMI - Pain and fatigue is debilitating and worse it's been in 15 yrs and not subsiding after 5months in the time. I have chronic pain in upper body/arms and tired all the time among other systems. I won't 'beat this', but will work to minimize this affecting my life and family. Wife and I are older with have two 6 yr olds and one 7 year okd daughters and oldest is 7.
Pooh-ah!

What's your diet like? I've had two friends get diagnosed with auto immune diseases since Covid and both had good experiences switching up what they're eating. One went keto and the other carnivore.

My wife had a stroke 1 year after Covid and got diagnosed with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). She was completely healthy before this. I agree with diet. We are both following the information in "Deep Nutrition" (book) now.

I think Covid wrecked many people's health. I think more of this type of stuff is going to surface moving forward.
