Tweaked groin nerve did settle down overnight, fortunately.

Warmup: 10 mins of 10 burpees every minute.

2 mile run. Mild discomfort/pain but it didnt cause me to alter my gait.

I saw a doctor today and had an xray done on my leg, which came up clear. I will have a followup mri in the next few days to see if I had a stress reaction or possibly small stress fracture. That will be my go/no go call for running the bcs marathon.
