20 miles. First of the training plan and longest ever. One more two weeks from now. Houston humidity and temperature did not help. Also had stomach issues at mile 4.5 and the public bathroom was locked so had to make it to my next one at mile 10. Stomach didn't want to take on anymore fuel after 17 and felt strong until about 18.5. Gonna do a better job of carb loading two days prior for the next one.
