1:25:21 in the Houston Half this morning. The conditions made for a tough go at it, but I negative split each 5k and am really happy with the performance and results.

1.5 mile walk.

I now have an appt to get my right leg checked out next week, at this point I'm pretty sure I have a stress fracture in my shin.
