Run 1 mile for warmup.

Then for time, complete 2 rounds of:
200m dual farmer carry 2x55 DB/KB
200m burpee broad jumps
200m dual farmer carry
200m walking lunges with 45# sandbag or bar on shoulders.

Doesn't sound like much but it took me over an hour.
