44 male.

6'0
204 lbs

35 inch waist.

Just feel foggy and tired all the time. Was tempted by the guys in BJJ gym to do TRT but I'd rather try some natural.

Biggest challenge for me if I am honest is going to be not drinking.

I mailed in a testosterone test this morning which will give me the T baseline and I'll do it again at 60 days. I'll probably do a whole battery of tests at the end.

I need good "no expensive" meal ideas that aren't Tom bad and can be taken to work easily.

Ground meat with scrambled eggs mixed in is one of my easy to go meals that I use. Filling and loaded with protein.

Not sure how much drinking you're cutting out, but I would almost try doing that by itself and see if you feel a difference before a wholesale diet change.

Going to be hard to determine which one ultimately benefited you more - I think it's pretty clear that drinking is overall terrible for your health and testosterone.

But if you want to do the carnivore thing, go for it. Would just be curious on what difference you notice with no drinking.

Get some electrolyte capsules to manage the headaches.

What can you eat or what can't you eat?

True. The older you get, the less you trust a fart.
