Looking for advice on recovering from a partially torn tricep tendon (at the elbow).
Was sore after a arm-focused weightlifting session. Gradually got worse. After a week my elbow was swollen, painful and warm to the touch. Couldn't even lift a coffee cup. Less pain and more strength a couple of weeks later, but still can't bend or straighten elbow all the way. Doctor would rather do about a month of physical therapy before considering surgery. Any advice on re-hab, PT and a good brace would be appreciated.
