25 sit-ups with 20" medball touch to ground overhead and between feet each rep
500m ski Erg machine
100m farmer carry 2x60# dumbbells
25 calories on assault bike
20 ground to standing over shoulder with Deadball 60#
100m tank/sled push and pull
20 burpees with 44# ram weight extend to overhead each rep

My time was OK for my age bracket, but I was fatigued from a stomach virus and it could have been faster.
