10 mile run. I had poor quality sleep last night so I went slower than normal. Bleh.

Donated blood yesterday, but it doesn't seem to have had much effect.

Workout: 48 mins, 8 rounds of 6 x 1 minute stations.
1. 200m row or ski machine
2. 20 Alt lunges with 65# barbell on back
3. 12 box step overs 24" box. Both feet must thought the ground and the box top each rep.
4. 15 medball sit-ups with 20# medball
5. 5 devils press (burpee) with 2x35# dumbbells
6. 1 minute rest

I thought the lower red blood cell density would tire me out but I didn't feel any different.

Not gonna lie though, A whole bunch of the ladies happened to all show up for this workout and there was no way I wasn't going to put in max effort.
