So when is it time to be concerned about a high score? My score was high this wellness check. The only thing different is a switch to Lipitor. I saw it could affect the score.

Define high? How is your regularly weight lifting/exercise schedule? What about your alcohol intake?

Not an expert on this but have had issues with elevated ALT/AST in the past and strenuous exercise has a direct impact on this. In addition, alcohol plays a big role in this too.

Count was 54. Exercise needs to be better and alcohol needs to be consumed a lot less. Those are the things I am currently working on. The want to retest in 2 months so I'll see how it goes.

54 is not concerning at all but it is a good idea to trend it over time.

Mine just spiked to 82, should I be concerned? Been doing dry January, so haven't drank in 30 days.

Concerning but not alarming. Need to review any meds or non meds that may hurt the liver. Your doc may get an ultrasound to check for fatty liver or other structural problems.

I do not. I just take some pretty basic vitamins/supplements.
