12 dual dumbbell curls. Seated to focus all effort on arms.
12 strict pullups, band assist if needed. Do not kip.

Workout: EMoM 24 min, 6 rounds of 4x1 min stations:
15 KB sumo DL high pulls
1:00 max ring rows 12-15 or more
1:00 air bike
3 wall walk ups
