Looking for a reasonably priced online fitness/nutrition coaching service for my wife. Preferably credentialed and female

I've used Kaitlin Walker at Doherty Nutrition. She did track at Alabama and was pro for a short time. She's a registered dietician. She's not going to coach you on fitness, but she does the nutrition aspect. I don't know what you consider reasonably priced, but she was partly covered under our insurance.

Master my Macros. It's run by two Aggies, both great ladies. Their target is peri-menopausal women. Their program is fantastic and changed my eating/diet/fitness life. They also have a fitness component. I personally opted for a personal trainer, and I highly recommend that, if she can do both. I meet with my trainer once a week at the YMCA.

The MMM program is a lifestyle change, but they will provide all the tools/info she needs to maintain, if she puts in the work and discipline.

It might also help to know what she wants it for - does she want to learn how to fuel her activities, or does she just want to lose weight? My dietician is sports focused and works with mainly athletes, although she helps other people also. If she just wants to lose weight, she might be better off with someone with a "program."

My wife had been decently happy with support she has gotten through Nourish. It was covered under insurance.

If I'm not mistaken, first time shredders are $199. That's like their intro program. Then, once they establish a relationship, the cost goes down, depending on what you want/need. I'm actually on a program that is $60 quarterly (in large part because I just want to continue to support their small business). I've learned enough from them that I could go it on my own.

Just bumping this to let TXTransplant know this recommendation was spot on for what I was needing and wanted to say thank you again. I'm going into week 3 and it has been so helpful for me because I was lost on what I needed to do to see some results and I've got way too bad ADD to formulate my own plan of action.
