3 rounds of stations:
100m heavy dead ball/sandbag "hug" carry. 80-100#
12L/12R single leg dual dumbbell box step up 2x30# to 20"
12 dual dumbbell seated overhead press 2x30#

Workout w/20# vest. As many reps as possible 20 min:
Run 600m
30 walking lunges
20 push-ups w/ hand release at bottom
7 strict pull-ups

Stretch

Threw in some handstand walk practice afterwards
