20 miler cut short to a half, tried a few things out with this run that didn't pan out. Heart rate was way high for my target pace.
Shorter run today along with the missed run Thursday effectively means it was a deload week. I should be recovered enough to hit some mileage (62 miles) and intensity goals next week.
