I completed a 100 burpee a day for 31 day challenge, and surprisingly didn't hate it. I want to continue but pair it down to 4 days a week and also want to change it up. What are other total body, bodyweight things I could?
I used to do this during COVID and, while it was difficult to get through, I always felt amazing afterward. I need to start working it in once or twice each week again.ptothemo said:
