Burpee like workouts

How long do you want to ignore this user?
I completed a 100 burpee a day for 31 day challenge, and surprisingly didn't hate it. I want to continue but pair it down to 4 days a week and also want to change it up. What are other total body, bodyweight things I could?

Push-ups, air squats, planking hold going from extended arms to elbows and back, alternating lunges (Fwd or back), bike crunches, sit-ups, prone leg raises, v-ups, lateral lunges, push-ups into downward dog, push-ups with alternating toe taps, glute bridges, squat jumps, jumping lunges, mountain climbers…..

A huge list of body weight stuff to target whatever you like

Just over 25 mins, which suprised me because it didn't feel that long. 13 mins of burpees feels much worse (getting about 120 in in that amount of time).

I enjoyed it and will go for 4 times a week and try to get under 13 mins.

Now I did do a full deadlift/bench/bent over row workout this AM...not bad for 41!

You can also add dumb bells to your burpee and do man makers

I second the MARSOC short card. Amazing full body workout that doesn't take long. I mix it in every week.

I used to do this during COVID and, while it was difficult to get through, I always felt amazing afterward. I need to start working it in once or twice each week again.

We do 22 count burpees sometimes in my group. And I hate them.
