Colonoscopy.

Is your BMI over 30? If so get Wegovy crankin.

Maybe get your nose scoped? See if you could use some nose work if you have sinus issues.

Allergy testing?

37 is young for low T but why not get it checked

I have some joke suggestions, but I'll skip those. Full body scan. A dental patient of mine had one at the urging of his sister, a non-smoker diagnosed with lung cancer. His scan revealed a tumor on his thyroid.

Forget my suggestion, likely not a covered procedure so it doesn't apply here.

Just do this with a bit of caution. Imaging has gotten very good, and there's a reasonable chance they see something that looks like a tumor on imaging, but isn't actually anything. Your option is then to undergo invasive biopsies and testing for something that might not ever have done anything to you, or ignore it and always wonder.

Not saying don't do it. But there's a cost to everything, even if it isn't just a financial cost.
