Curious about it. Kinda expensive so wondering if anyone has any experience with it.

My only contribution is that I've read/heard that both NAD and Glutathione are both more effective if taken intravenously vs orally. I think it has something to do with how the body processes them but honestly don't know much more than that.

I've been on Tru-Niagen for a while, late 40s.

Started based on learning about David Sinclair, and this product seemed somewhat the most trustworthy in terms of the corp making it. Although lately been considering a switch to NMN if I can find a good source.

Can I tell a difference? I don't know, but I am taking it to prevent the natural decline in NAD in midlife. I did reach great fitness levels in terms of my vo2max in Q1 for my age, until RTO crushed my routine and then a bad bout of Covid reset everything back in May.

For a dollar a day, it's cheap insurance to me if it works.

I'm considering it. Early 40s with no issues, but am intrigued by the preventative side.

Got a 6 month supply of Elysium Signal to try out. Lately I've read NMN is one step closer than NR, plus there's a sirtuin activator. Sinclair had a brief podcast many months ago earlier this year where he dug more into current state of the supplements.

But can anyone tel me how these little pills actually gets into that trillions of cells we have? Does it just saturate into the bloodstream and the dosage can go everywhere?
