Does such a thing exist? I'm looking for a quick protein bar to eat without a ton of fat or sugar in it. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Semi-serious answer: beef or turkey jerky. Low sugar (likely sub'd with sugar alcohol) protein bars sound like a gut bomb for me.

While sugar alcohols may cause GI distress, erythritol is the sugar alcohol that will not cause GI distress.
Quest bars use erythritol as their sweetener but taste is not always there with Quest bars,

Interested as well. Has anyone tried Kind bars?

My protein bar criteria are that it must have no/minimal added sugar and there must be more grams of protein than carbs. And ideally the fat is low. To me (and a personal trainer I had years ago), it's not a "protein" bar if it doesn't have more protein than carbs. Pure Protein's chocolate peanut butter bar has 20 grams of protein and 17 grams of carbs but really 10 grams of net carbs after sugar alcohols and fiber are subtracted. And only 7 grams of fat. They're 200 calories which is enough for me after I've broken my intermittent fast mid morning.
Pure Protein Bars
Same thought process as you. Also like the RXBars compared to the rest. Just need water and some floss afterwards to get it out of your teeth.10andBOUNCE said:
I kind of gave up on trying to find a higher protein bar that wasn't chocked full of hundreds of ingredients I couldn't pronounce. I think a lot of them screw with my stomach and give me some bad gas.
I broke all the standard carb and sugar rules and have been just eating an RXBars after the gym. Only a few ingredients and doesn't have that weird fake taste most protein bars have. Probably better for me in the long run.

Quest chocolate chip cookie. Better than all of their bars.
