Does anyone make a quality, wide training shoe? Seems like all I can find are D width. I am a 2E to 3E at least.

Brooks does wide shoes, but they're mostly running shoes.

Maybe look at Altra? They start a lot wider and I think they added an even wider option.

Another vote for Altra.

While I have never worn them myself, Topo Athletic also has a wider, more natural shaped toe box

I have a pair of topo shoes that feel good. I don't have the widest foot, but definitely on the wider side in the toe box and it fits well
