How long do you want to ignore this user?
I am doing a one hour workout twice a week - Do 20 different things , basically max out each with reps between 12 to 30 , most 12 - What I find , pretty good cardio workout along the way and some HIT responses as well on the more intense sets like squats , crunches , etc - Do others view similar - I am turning 65 , think the strength training the most important and you get cardio as well !

Actually, just completed a home gym - The TuffStuff six pack , the greatest piece of equipment you can get in my mind - Also have a Peleton bike and tread , both great - But the 6 pack the deal - Have a TuffStuff piece of equipment for back - For me , those two pieces of equipment all I need - The 20 things I do , 14 on 6 pack , 3 via dumbbells , 2 on back machine and one one on floor .

That's a nice looking piece of equipment! As I continue to dump money into my home gym, I could have had one of those and would already be done!

Just googled that TuffStuff trainer as I had never heard of it. That's pretty nice, I wonder how it compares to the Tonal unit as far as ease of use.
