I am doing a one hour workout twice a week - Do 20 different things , basically max out each with reps between 12 to 30 , most 12 - What I find , pretty good cardio workout along the way and some HIT responses as well on the more intense sets like squats , crunches , etc - Do others view similar - I am turning 65 , think the strength training the most important and you get cardio as well !
