3rd day of "Yikes, I'm fat again, and I need to fix it".
Sunday, ran 2 miles, then did .1 intervals of walking and sprinting on way back. Also ate good.
Sunday night, read about IMF and decided to add to my working out. Easy and doesn't affect my family's meals at all, and no special recipes/foods/etc.
Monday: Started IMF... was doing 5/2 with 16/8... but I like to go over board... so essentially on Monday I did OMAD... first food was at 6pm... 1 meal... then ran 3 miles.
Tuesday: Another OMAD day... first food at 6pm.. then ran 3 miles
We will see how I do tomorrow. I seem to be able to skip meals without any major pangs or concerns.
Oh, yeah... was 229 on Sunday... 223 this morning (but I know all that is water and de-carbing). Still nice to see it go down.
sigh. I was at 189 last May for Chuck Norris 5K. Gotta stop the completely falling off the wagon thing.
