I'll mostly be dry. My birthday is in January, and I'll probably have a beer or two after the Bandera 100k.
I had a grand total of ~4 beers in 2019 and no other alcoholic drinks.
I'm going to shoot for 0 in 2020.

I'm in until January 11. Haven't had a drink since Dec. 25, 201, per Dr. orders, and told the oldest I would go until his birthday.
I was totally dry this year. Wellbeing Brewery and Athletic Brewing have decent NA beer

I'm in. Did it last year, but it was an easier start bc of a ER visit and 2 weeks of meds where I absolutely couldn't drink. Doing it this year bc I'm going to be 40 and need to be kind to the body. Mr. Diesel has said he will do it with me but I think he will drop out pretty quickly. I have already started lining up projects to keep us busy. And yes, good god, my children are the reason I drink.
I'll be honest. I'm starting a new job soon that should reduce my stress. But I've been finding myself drinking a lot this year. Every night when I get home, just a beer or glass of wine to help unwind. Don't go more than that usually until the weekends but it concerns me that I can't unwind without something. Running helped. But anyways new job, less stress and I'm going the entire month, while doing Whole30. Definitely plan to build better habits!
Before kids I had to run after work to unwind after work. Then I had kids and was forced to run early mornings. These days, cooking is my destresser. I am not a chef by any means but there is something very satisfying about coming home and making a meal that I have done many, many times before. Step by memorized step, it really helps unwind my brain.

My 3 year old gave me a nasty stomach bug on NYE. Has made the first two days easy, as I haven't been able to eat or drink anything other than water and pedialyte.
