Mix- Lean ground beef/rice/black beans

Meal 4

Almond Butter
Meal 5
Chicken Breast
Roasted Sweet Potato/Zucchini/yellow squash
Water/coffee and unsweet tea for beverages
*protein shake can supplement a meal
