Saw this link yesterday
I saw it quoted on Twitter because of this little section:
Basically, it boils down to 'do one set of ten of 80%RM every day, then do bench or chin-ups or planks or deadlift of whatever other exercises are included for that day. The author was so trashed by the squats, he often didn't do the other workouts, doing bench just twice over the six weeks, and not deadlifting at all. He then goes to a meet and sets PRs for both bench and deadlift, although it doesn't look like his squat numbers improved. He did 500 at 198 lbs, which is very respectable, but his working weight at 80% during the six weeks was 405, so it looks like he stayed the same there.

What I think happened was that that my muscles basically turned into a "cast," and my spine straightened itself out. Once I became aware of it, I noticed my feet suddenly pointed straight ahead while I walked and that I had arches. I became aware of my glutes for the first time.
