Man, Feb has been a tough month on me so far. Between the weather, getting sick and dealing with some burn out / exhaustion... finally feel like I am getting back into rythm. Ran 8.5 miles at decent / relaxed 7:45 pace. Got some catchup to do for the second half on the month!
blah. Was supposed to be a 8 mile easy recovery run. 2.5 miles in it felt like my blood sugar had completely zapped. I even ate a Cliff bar before running. Weird occurrence, but has happened before. Just strange since I'm running 50+ miles a week.
