How long do you want to ignore this user?
I am thinking about getting an echo bike for home- does anyone have one that can provide a bit of feed back on it? Quality/how sturdy it actually is, how frequently you use it, type of workouts you do on it etc? Thanks!

I've used them and compared to the assault bike, it is a tank. Very solid build. What stinks is that when you stop working, it is quicker to slow down the fan and calorie count. They are also cheaper than the assault bike, require less maintenance because of the belt drive, and are backed by rogue customer service, which I've been pleased with.
I'm looking at the echo bike vs the ski erg right now, but have access to an assault bike throughout the week.

It's another airbike, built like a tank. If i was buying new I'd get rogue echo bike. If you want to save a lot of money get an older schwinn airdyne used.
