Can you honestly say you were keeping up with the exercises they suggested in between visits? Just hoping you can find some relief, not defending them. I had issues for years, went to specialists, ortho, etc and they were the only ones that finally helped with the pain.
I went 2 - 3 times a week for close to a month. I was doing everything they prescribed religiously at home. It just wasn't working for me. After years of weighlifting, I have really tight hamstrings, hips, quads, glutes, and pretty much my entire back side from shoulders down to my calve. That's led to multiple lower back and hip issues. At 41, it's all started to add up and taken a toll. I started yoga 4 years ago which has helped, but not completely rectified the situation. I take breaks from lifting weights (weeks to months), everything starts to feel better, then I go back to lifting. And then it's a matter of time before the pain creeps back in.
I honestly thought it would help, and they told me up front they could help me decide if this would help fix my issue. The doc said most certainly it would. But it did not. In fact it made things worse. I was in constant pain and discomfort every day. This was close to a month. I finally had to stop. It was a complete waste of money in my case.
